Hey there! Thanks for scrolling. I'm Trey Clark — a full stack developer, former music educator, and lifelong learner who is passionate about building things that make life easier. I have spent eight years teaching music and leading ensembles before making the leap into tech. I’ve found that the creativity, structure, and collaboration I loved in the music world translate perfectly into software development. These days, I’m working as a programmer where I help maintain and build tools for millions of users accessing digital archives.

Along the way, I've taught high school Computer Science, led coding teams to competition wins, and worked on everything from Solr-powered search tools to community websites. I love being part of a team, solving real-world problems, and mentoring others who are on their own tech journey. When I’m not coding, you’ll probably find me performing with the Dallas Metropolitan Winds, playing video games (currently deep in Monster Hunter Wilds), or trying out hot BBQ places.
